I'm delighted to be the featured artist at Asheville Gallery of Art for the month of October 2024.  I'm creating a new collection for this event, featuring the animals of Asheville's own nature park, the WNC Nature Center.  The 42-acre WNC Nature Center is home to more than 60 species, including bobcats, cougars, foxes, and red and gray wolves. It's been wonderful getting to know these beautiful creatures and trying to capture their unique qualities and personalities in pastel.

There will be a catered opening reception on October 4th, from 5-7:30 p.m.  I hope to see many art and animal lovers there!
